| 1987 saw the introduction of the "Masters"
line, this year various Autobots and Decepticons came accompanied by a mini
robot partner that would become the robot's head "Headmasters"
or weapon "Targetmasters". Two more City-like transformers would
also have this feature, on the Decepticon side you have "Scorponok"
and on the Autobot side you have the biggest transformer created so far
"Fortress Maximus". We also saw the introduction of two new merge
groups to join the "Guestalts" line, the Technobots and the Terrorcons. |
