| After the conclusion of the Beast Wars, the victorious Maximals arrive at their homeplanet Cybertron. However upon arriving at their planet they discover that it has been taken over by Megatron and his new army of "Vehicons". With a planet and an entire civilization at stake, it is up to the maximals to save the day. This continuation of the Beast Wars also introduced a new assortment of animal and vehicle to robot transformers. A CGI cartoon accompanied the toys and for the next few years fans were introduced to one of the darkest shows in transformers history. |
